Busy Lot, LLC, d/b/a Johnson Restoration Services ("JRS"), warrants the following to the purchaser and all transferees of the structure according to the terms of transfer herein which products are installed and/or repairs are made for the services that JRS provides.
Effective July 26, 2016
This warranty covers removal of all existing roof coverings down to the roof deck, including asphalt, slate, wood, and polymer materials. This includes the removal and installation of underlayment, flashing, drip edge, gutter apron, valley flashing, pipe vents, boots, and caps.
The warranty covers work that is free from defects in workmanship from the date of installation for the life of the structure, excluding defects caused by anything other than JRS's installation.
This warranty covers removal of all existing siding material and trim, including house wrap and vapor barriers. Covers vinyl, steel, fiber cement, engineered wood, and natural wood. Same warranty terms apply as roof replacements.
This warranty covers 5" and 6" seamless aluminum and galvanized steel gutters, including custom box gutter systems. Same warranty terms apply.
This warranty is fully transferable from purchaser to subsequent bona fide purchasers for value only.
JRS's repair of any defect shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to the purchaser. No refunds will be issued for third-party repairs.
This warranty does not cover: neglect, misuse, abuse, repair or alteration by others, settlement, structural movement, design defects, acts of God, or lack of maintenance.

This warranty and any rights, duties, or obligations hereunder are specifically limited to the number of years specified in the Contract. The warranty cannot extend any statute of limitation or repose.
